Questions about Feelumi
Short, plain answers about who we are, what the eight Feelumis stand for, and how ordering works.
What is Feelumi?
Feelumi is a kids and teens apparel brand built around eight original characters, each one standing for an everyday feeling. The characters appear on youth tees and hoodies with a short saying, so a child can show or name how they feel without needing all the words. The brand line is “Every feeling belongs.”
Who are the eight Feelumis?
Pip is happy (a yellow puppy). Momo is sad (a blue puppy). Roo is mad (a little fire fox). Nori is worried (a sprout in a leaf hood). Kumo is overwhelmed (a lavender cloud). Piko is excited (a pink bunny). Yuki is brave (an aqua kitten). Boba is calm (a sloth with headphones). Each character has its own page explaining the feeling.
Who is Feelumi for?
Kids and teens who wear youth sizes XS to XL, and the parents, caregivers, counselors, therapists and teachers who support them. Many families use the characters as shared words, for example “I’m having a Kumo day.”
Why does naming a feeling matter?
Putting a feeling into words is one of the first steps in handling it. The Child Mind Institute explains that kids who can recognize and label a feeling tend to feel more in charge of it. Parents often know the idea as “name it to tame it.” A shirt does not teach that skill on its own. A character can make the first word easier to find.
What does Feelumi sell?
A youth tee and a youth hoodie for each of the eight characters, plus vinyl stickers in 56 designs, seven for every character. Tees are $24.99, hoodies are $44.99 and stickers start at $7.02. Tees and hoodies come in several colors, and stickers come in three sizes. See the shop.
How does shipping work?
Feelumi ships within the United States. Orders ship in 2 to 5 business days with a tracking link by email. In the lower 48 states shipping is $4.99, and free on orders of $100 or more. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are charged a rate based on the order size at checkout.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If an order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact Feelumi within 30 days of delivery. Returns for size or change of mind are not accepted, so check the size guide first. See the contact page.
Is Feelumi therapy or medical advice?
No. Feelumi is apparel and characters. It is not therapy, treatment or medical advice, and it does not diagnose anything. If a child is struggling in a way that worries you, talk with their pediatrician, school counselor or a licensed mental health professional.
Does Feelumi have free resources?
Yes. The Feelumi blog has free, short guides for parents, counselors, kids and teens on anger, worry, sadness, overwhelm, school pressure, friendships and more, with sources listed in each article.
How can counselors and teachers use the characters?
As an easy opener (“Which of these is most like your week?”), as a quick check-in where students point to a character, or as a way to talk about a feeling at a safe distance (“What do you think Kumo needs right now?”). More ideas are on the About page.
